THANK YOU for your purchase of a Brushinator® product.

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and are always looking for ways to improve them. We stand behind our products 100%.

If your purchase did not meet your expectations or is defective in some way, please email us and we will work with you to replace or refund your product.

POLICIES

Returns
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and in its original packaging in the same condition it was received.
Please email us if you wish to return your item. We must receive your request within 2 weeks of the date you received your item.
When completing a return shipping is to be paid by the customer to get the item back to Brushinator®.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 2 weeks of the date you received your item to begin the process. Please describe how the product was either damaged or defective.
Damage incurred due to unintended usage of the product will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds. For example, damage caused to a hitch-mounted Brushinator® by being rear-ended or due to pulling a stump out of the ground would not qualify for a refund or exchange.
When completing an exchange shipping is to be paid by the customer back to Brushinator® at the address located on the bottom of the page, Brushinator® will then cover the cost of shipping the new item to the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. We’ll follow up with an email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Shipping
Brushinator® currently only offers shipping within the United States. Current shipping and delivery methods are
through UPS Ground Shipping.

Insurance
If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
